Appearance Guidelines

The Sith Dynasty brings the dark side of the Star Wars galaxy to life to make a positive impact in the real world. We actively participate in local and international conventions, organize community gatherings, and proudly troop for charity.

                    Important Financial Protocol:
                    We are a volunteer costume club, not a charity. We do not accept monetary donations for the use of temple activities.
Charity appearances must not benefit the club members or the Sith Dynasty. All monetary donations are 100% to be distributed to recognized charities only.
For certain private or commercial events, the Sith Dynasty requires a substantial donation to a local charity of $300 or more in order to make an official appearance.

                

Please note: All requests are subject to the availability of our local Temple garrisons. As an all-volunteer organization, we cannot guarantee attendance, but we will make every effort to support your event.
