To submit for Official Membership, please adhere to the following instructions:

It should open an email window.

• The subject line in the email box that pops up will already be filled out for you.
• We will need to know your given name.
• We will need a couple of images of your costume or Work in Progress.

Those images need to be well lit and from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
There is an attachment button available at the top of the email, which will allow you to load your images directly from your computer, or you can send a link to a personal image storage sight such as photo bucket.

• If you wear a prosthetic mask or specialty makeup, we need a good closeup of your face.

If we need further images of this costume, we will respond and let you know.
